We hear you! Find the answers to our most common membership questions below.

How do I sign up for the club?
It's super easy! When you come to the wash, speak to an attendant, and they will give you a quick sheet of paperwork to fill out and put a sticker on your car that automatically scans you in when you come to the wash!
What happens if I get a new license plate or car?
No worries at all! Bring your new ride (or updated plates) to the wash and let any team member know. We can get this easily sorted out for you!
When will I be billed for my membership?
You will be billed on the date of your signup every month. For example, if you signed up on October 8th, you will be auto-billed on the 8th of every month.
Can I have multiple cars with memberships?
Absolutely! We would love to take care of all of your cars. We even offer a 10% discount on both the second and third cars' monthly cost!
How do I cancel my membership?
We'll miss you, but it's easy. Cancel any time by stopping in at the wash, giving us a call, filling out the online contact form, or replying to our text‑message service — whichever is most convenient.
Can I change my membership level?
Yes you can! Just like cancelling, you can either speak to someone on site, give us a call, fill out our contact form, or text us through our text messaging service to get your membership level changed.
